Finding a Property
Register with us and we will notify you as soon as a suitable property matching your requirements becomes available. You can also search our full portfolio of rental properties online. We update our listings regularly, so check back often or sign up for property alerts.
Viewings
Once you have found a property you are interested in, simply contact us to arrange a viewing. We offer flexible viewing times including evenings and weekends to suit your schedule. Our staff will accompany all viewings and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
References
If your offer is accepted you will be required to provide references. These typically include a credit check, previous landlord reference, and employer/income reference. We use an independent referencing company to carry out thorough checks.
Rents and Holding Deposit
Rent is typically payable one month in advance. A holding deposit of one week's rent may be required to secure the property while references are being completed. This will be deducted from your first month's rent upon successful completion.
Security Deposit
A security deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent is required prior to the commencement of your tenancy. This will be held by the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) for the duration of your tenancy and returned to you at the end, subject to any deductions for dilapidations or unpaid rent.
Tenant Fees
In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, no admin fees or referencing fees are charged to tenants. The only permitted payments are rent, security deposit, holding deposit, utilities, and in certain circumstances, default fees for lost keys or late rent.
