Our Landlord Services
Tenant Find Only
We will market your property on all major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, conduct accompanied viewings, reference and credit check all prospective tenants, and prepare a tenancy agreement.
Full Management
Our fully managed service covers everything from marketing and tenant find through to day-to-day management. We handle all maintenance requests, rent collection, rent arrears, periodic inspections, check-in and check-out inventories, and end of tenancy procedures.
Rent Collection
We collect and transfer rent on a monthly basis, providing you with regular statements and handling any arrears on your behalf.

Landlord Obligations
As a landlord you have important legal obligations including obtaining a Gas Safety Certificate, an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), and ensuring your property meets the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES). We can assist with all of these requirements.
You are also required to protect your tenant's deposit in a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) within 30 days of receiving it. We use the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
